Granby Railroad Depot, Then and Now, by Mark Afman

Please joins us for Mark Afman’s presentation of Grand County photos of the past and their present view.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to travel back in time to see what something, that you can look at today, may have looked like 80, 90, 100+ years ago? Well here is your chance.

OK we can’t actually get you to travel back in time but this is the next best thing. The Grand County Historical Association is hosting a presentation showing a series of Then and Now Photographs of Grand County. You will be able to see photos from Berthoud pass to Hot Sulphur Springs, from Fraser to Grand Lake fade from Then to Now. Is there much difference? Come see for yourself. This will be held at the Historic Fraser Church on Eisenhower Avenue in Fraser, across the railroad tracks.

Mark has matched up over 700 historical photos with their modern day equivalent from all over the state of Colorado. Mark is a 3rd generation native of Colorado whose family has owned a cabin outside of Grand Lake for over 40 years. He loves the history of Colorado and especially Grand County.
