Cozens Ranch Museum will be the home of Lisa Baird’s oil paintings for the month of November. Lisa’s exhibit will include original works and giclée’s featuring popular locations in Grand County. Additionally, she will have some note cards available as well.
Lisa Baird is an oil painter making her home in the mountains of Colorado just outside of Fraser. She paints mountain landscapes and sometimes the animals and people that might be passing through. Dogs, horses, cattle, wildlife and people are all fair game. Growing up in the Midwest she studied art and glassblowing at Hastings College. She has also studied painting at the Art Students League of Denver, dabbled in photography with John Fielder, and oil painting with Karen Vance. When not painting, you may find her out hiking, cycling or skiing on area trails, or just kicking back and enjoying life with family and friends.
Lisa’s work will be on display and available for purchase during normal museum hours; Wednesday-Monday from 10am to 4pm at Cozens Ranch Museum in Fraser. So come by today and check it out today!
